The benefits of our PUR Eco System coating: maximum durability, minimum care and outstanding environmental compatibility
The demands placed on floor covering are increasing. Today more than ever, we consider not only the purchase price, design
and performance, but also the cost of maintenance. It only makes sense: with installations lasting over 10 years, maintenance
can account for as much as 90% of the total cost of a floor covering.
DLW Vinyl floor covering with high-quality polyurethane coating (PUR) Our new range of vinyl flooring offers fascinating designs and colours, excellent performance characteristics and a high-quality
polyurethane coating. For maximum durability, minimum maintenance and freedom of design: the PUR Eco system.
Minimal care required – significant cost savings The high-quality PUR Eco System coating on our DLW Vinyl collection makes floors even less susceptible to soiling, marks
and scratches. A further benefit is that it is possible to use both wet and dry cleaning methods. The PUR Eco System ultimately
reduces the amount of care and costly renovation throughout the life of the flooring, which is a key consideration for everyone
with an eye on long-term cost control.
Ergonomic and ecological – the PUR Eco System The PUR Eco System on our vinyl flooring makes cleaning not only easier but also physically less demanding: cleaning equipment
glides smoothly over the floor in a highly efficient manner. In addition, major savings can be achieved in terms of care and
cleaning products as well as water consumption. This also helps to reduce waste water pollution – a real bonus for the environment.
PUR surface protection shows a very good resistance to acids and alkali hydroxides (even in higher concentrations) and cleaning
chemicals up to pH 12. PUR Eco System does not require any additional treatment or stripping intervals, resulting in lower
running maintenance costs. It is also resistant to marking and highly resistant to chemicals (e.g. hand disinfectants). The
PUR Eco System lowers the need for harsh cleaning chemicals, and thus considerably improves the eco audit results of a building
throughout its entire lifecycle.
